Sorry for the pause in sharing my writing here, folks. I’m hoping to catch up, so there should be a couple of extra writings coming this month about some new art I’m working on.
But to get back to it, here’s a poem about learning to be still and quiet.

it is stiller now– an awkward silence but the stillness lets me feel (my anxiety) it is quieter now– more awkward– silence and I hear my mind overflowing with questions it is slower now– silence shouting in my face but now I hear (a still, small Voice)
